This policy applies to your registration for MPL-7 2027, organised by Mumbai Pharma Association.
1. Nature of the service
The registration fee is for participation in a sporting event on 9 January 2027. It is a service, not a physical product. No goods are shipped and no courier delivery is involved for the registration itself.
2. Confirmation of registration
- After successful payment, a confirmation with your payment ID is shown on screen immediately.
- MPA will contact you on the mobile number you provided (calls, SMS or WhatsApp) with schedule, venue and other instructions.
- Please keep your payment ID safe. You may need it for any query or refund request.
3. Player kit and T-shirt
Any player kit or T-shirt that forms part of the event is handed over in person at the tournament, or as communicated by MPA, based on the size you select in the form. It is not shipped to your address.
4. Delivery timelines
Since the service is delivered at the event, there are no delivery charges or shipping timelines. If a payment is made but you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us with your payment ID.
